The film needed to create a buzz by explaining the thinking behind the new look and get people seeing the challenges in a positive light.  The film also had to clearly convey that the way in which employees carry out their jobs needed to adapt to fit in with the new changes.

 

Lloyds Banking Group was redesigning branches to make them feel more welcoming and to improve the experience of customers.
