This film aims to raise awareness of Dementia, specifically within the BME community where there are greater barriers to seeking help due to socio-cultural issues. Therefore the problem is bigger and the onset is typically earlier and the decline quicker.

This employee-led film was produced for the NHS South East Coast to give an update on the progress it made over a 12-month period, during which it implemented a change programme. The film translated the data into meaningful results, showing what the commitment to improving patient care meant – it also covered the breadth of the services offered by the NHS in the region.

 
 
Black Cloud
Network Rail

Based on conversations with real Network Rail employees, Network Rail discovered that a significant numbers of their employees are subject to health and wellness risks around their physical, psychological and social wellbeing. Depression is looked at as the hardest risk to address, because Network Rail like most organizations does not have an open culture around the subject.

The ultimate purpose of the ‘Black Cloud’ film was to help change perceptions, remove the stigma associated to depression and offer company support to those feeling vulnerable. They wanted people to feel they are not alone.

 
 
Learning from the Best
Unilever

Commander Brigadier Tim Bevis spoke at a Leadership Development event which attended by a number of Unilever staff.  His speech on leadership had a significant influence on the group.  The film encapsulates the essence of the Brigadier’s speech and the 3-day course as a way of distributing key learning more widely throughout the organization.  The film highlights the importance of clear leadership across Supply Chain management.

One of a series of 20 user generated films: 10 covering core roles where there is a real focus on recruitment and 10 Apprentice Stories. The latter aim to overcome misconceptions of BT and instead reach out to a new generation of BT employees to position the company as a one of the most exciting and innovative places to work.
