This film has a straightforward yet ambitious function – to sell a dream. We wanted to give the viewer an insight into Testronic and the opportunities available to those who join the company. So we created a positive, dynamic portrait of the company, showing the environment, atmosphere, work and social scenes
UBS’ brief called for a light-hearted comedy focusing on interview technique after a career break of two years or more.
The film’s aim is to highlight common mistakes and offer up tangible tips for those entering the interview room.
We wanted to captivate potential interview candidates through the humour of this film, showing the ‘wrong way’ with comic effect, accompanied by a guiding and informative voice throughout.
We created a series of 3 films to feature on their website as well as to be shown at company events. They seek to explain and promote their services to potential investors, partners and start-ups, and the invaluable opportunities they bring to new joiners.
We chose to create insightful interview pieces, and ensured a high level of visual quality through high-end filming and lighting equipment and a subtle yet dynamic filming style.
Coupled with upbeat music to add subliminal to each piece, they made for ideal introductions to one of the world’s leading tech-accelerator companies and their future plans.

This film highlights the technology and teamwork that goes into the creation and origination of its high quality products across aviation, marine, and energy services whilst it conveys the huge sense of internal pride that employees feel for working there. Premiered at the company’s AGM, it was then shown at major exhibitions across the world and hosted on the company website.
