This film was part of a suite of productions for Tesco’s recent Annual Conference. It was aimed as a thank you to their people, celebrating how thoughtful and caring they are and to thank them for their hard work.
We invited a range of colleagues from across the business to a studio in London under the guise of interviewing them about customer service. We then gave them a letter written by customers and other members of staff recognising them for their hard work, initiative, and/ or kindness.
One of a series of 20 user generated films: 10 covering core roles where there is a real focus on recruitment and 10 Apprentice Stories. The latter aim to overcome misconceptions of BT and instead reach out to a new generation of BT employees to position the company as a one of the most exciting and innovative places to work.
CBRE wanted a film to showcase Loop – an exciting new tool for the business. We developed an upbeat, playful and celebratory creative treatment that involved real CBRE people in a studio, carefully directed to move and interact with various devices. We played with the relative scale of the devices and people, and with gestures and facial expressions to engage the audience and make Loop feel relevant to them.
