This fast-paced, music-led film follows the likeable store manager, Bob, who has become process-driven and is drowning under the weight of head office demands that he forgets about engaging with colleagues and customers. The result is a demotivated team and disgruntled customers who are choosing to shop somewhere else. Bob continues with the same attitude at home, putting his daughter second, until the penny drops and he realises the errors of his way. On returning to the store, Bob, having had his wake-up call, is now doing the right thing, determined to inspire his team of colleagues and customers. The transformation in Bob’s behaviour and leadership style is striking.
Asda wanted to create an emotionally-engaging film to remind their managers of the importance of providing great customer service and the need to prioritise and re-focus on customers first and foremost.
