We created a series of short recruitment films to attract new talent to Rolls-Royce, acting as a “commercial” for Rolls-Royce, as well as for use in meetings, presentations, recruitment fairs etc. The aim was to draw people in, whetting their appetite for further exploration and sparking a curiosity to find out more about the people who work for Rolls-Royce.
The project consisted of one 2 second teaser, 12 x 60 second films, and an overview film.
All the films feature Rolls-Royce employees, each representing different aspects of the business and a cross-section of age, ethnicity, and gender. Through meeting them, we get to meet Rolls-Royce, getting a feel for the personality of the company and the qualities and values it stands for.
