Because of Serco’s many different sectors, from an outsider’s perspective, it can be difficult to easily pinpoint what they do as a whole. All films also needed to reflect three main attributes: ‘making more of a difference’; ‘putting their ideas to work’ and ‘breadth of opportunity’. These films had a few different purposes:
Sussex was part of a series of case study films we produced for Serco, covering a range of sectors: environmental services, healthcare, BPO (Business Process Outsourcing, or call centre operations), ICT (Information and Communications Technology), Defence and Transport. They needed to reflect three main attributes: ‘making more of a difference’; ‘putting their ideas to work’ and ‘breadth of opportunity’.
A series of films produced to support Serco’s Employer brand and be shown on their website. Broadly, Serco “improves services by managing people, processes, technology and assets more effectively”. The films were designed to illustrate what this means in practice and to present the human side of the business.
