Making Moments Matter – Express


Tesco launched an employee training programme ‘Making Moments Matter’ and required a film that would appeal to a diverse audience – from the store manager to the part-time student employee. It needed to successfully communicate the message that Tesco employees should always ‘go the extra mile’, encouraging them to go out of their way to offer customers an enhanced experience which would in turn create a better workplace for all employees and a much-enhanced degree of job satisfaction.  Store managers took part in a conference to learn more about the Making Moments Matter programme, following which the film was rolled out internally at smaller training events across the country.
