Point of View


This film reflects the importance of customer and brings to life the essence of the recent customer research survey which identified several key points: ‘Time is precious’; ‘Money is precious’; ‘I want you to make shopping easier’; ‘With a personal touch’.  Filmed in the real world (of the customer) our approach concentrates on the people, rather than the stores. This film goes beyond ‘fixing the basics’ of service issues to look at Tesco employees can better understand customers and their lives, the pressures they face and how they want Tesco to help them.
